Room scheduling information
The SLCL Room Scheduler is available to reserve spaces within the School of Literatures, Cultures & Linguistics. These rooms include conference rooms, departmental libraries, SLCL teleconference rooms, and special use rooms. All rooms are for SLCL departments and related programs.
Conference rooms
SLCL conference rooms are available for SLCL faculty and staff to schedule as needed. Teaching assistants should receive permission from their department faculty before reserving a conference room. These rooms are to support SLCL meetings, dissertation defenses, and small gatherings. Classes should not be held in conference rooms.
Teleconference rooms
SLCL has three teleconference rooms available for faculty to teach in. These rooms are mainly for BTAA CourseShare classes and online teaching.
Film room
The SLCL Film Room is available for SLCL faculty teaching film courses. Requests for the SLCL Film Room should be submitted by the department's office manager to both the SLCL Director, Mariselle Meléndez and the SLCL Facilities Coordinator, Nate Payne.
