IT equipment purchase requests

All SLCL IT equipment and furniture should be purchased through SLCL Facilities using the SLCL Equipment Purchase Request Form. Equipment includes computers, monitors, printers, and all other IT items. This form routes to departmental executive officers, the school's director, and ATLAS. This form is intended to be filled out by the end-user of the equipment so that ATLAS may communicate with you directly. Office managers should not purchase equipment for department.

Furniture/furnishings purchase requests

Furniture and furnishings 

All SLCL furniture and furnishings should be purchased through SLCL Facilities using the SLCL Furniture/Furnishings Request Form. Furniture includes office desks, chairs, tables, etc. Furnishings include wall art, clocks, and other decorative accessories. You can look at what is available through i-Buy in the Office Depot catalog.  This form is intended to be filled out by the end-user of the furniture/furnishings. Office managers should not purchase furniture/furnishings for department.
