Eligibility
1. Previously enrolled students who already received a degree:
You can use this form to register if you received your degree in August or December of 2024. That's all you need to do.
2. Currently enrolled students planning to receive a degree in May:
You can use this form to register for the SLCL Convocation, but you must also add yourself to the May degree list. You can do this through Self-Service in the Graduation section. If you miss the deadline to add yourself, you will need to contact LAS advising if you are an undergraduate student or SLCL Student Services if you are a graduate student.
3. Currently enrolled students not receiving a degree in May:
You are eligible to participate in the SLCL Convocation if you:
- plan to finish all your degree requirements by August 2025, and you are
- a Master's student with 8 or fewer credit hours left or
- a Bachelor's student with 13 or fewer credit hours left
or you are:
- a PhD candidate who successfully defended your dissertation on or before Friday, May 9
