The human resources office is the first point of contact for all employment matters. This includes faculty, non-tenured academic staff, academic professionals, graduate and undergraduate students, and hourly/extra help personnel. Its staff provides consultation on policy interpretation to employees and units on any HR-related issue. Its staff also processes all appointments in the university's human resource systems and serves as liaison with the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences and the Office of Academic Human Resources.
